Around noon arrived the newbuilt ASD 2913 Southampton arrived from the builders yard at Galati in Vlissingen.

The Malta registered tug is the sister of the tug ROTTERDAM which arrived recently in Rotterdam.

The tug is managed by Kotug Smit Holding BV – Rotterdam.

This standard ASD 2913 tug also has a length of 28.90 mtrs a beam of 13.23 mtrs with a total engine output of 5.050 kW a free sailing speed of 13.7 knots and a bollard pull of 80 tons and a grt of 421 ton.
